What you need to know about the Future Focus Group process
The Future Focus Group Manager ensures that all member companies have the relevant information about the program and are aware of the type of candidate preferred, as well as the requirements for the candidate and the member company.
Organisations use their own internal selection processes to nominate candidates for an interview with the Committee for Melbourne selection panel. Member companies may nominate more than one candidate. Please note however, that the selection panel endeavours to create a balance of industries and experience when deciding on successful candidates. If there are concerns with an application the Future Focus Group Manager will arrange a meeting with the member company representative.
- Only Committee for Melbourne member companies may nominate candidates for the program
- Nominations open mid-July of the year before program commences
